2.4 Key Points of Declaration Elements (Wind Turbines and Components)
It is recommended to prepare and clearly describe the following when making the declaration:
- Product name (Chinese and English), model, brand, application (water treatment aeration)/Blowing, etc.)
- Working principle, medium (air)/Gas mixtures, etc.; ensure the accuracy of safety descriptions.
- Power, air volume, pressure, rotational speed, voltage/Frequency
- Materials (cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) and the composition of key components
- Whether it is a complete set, whether it includes a motor/Electrical Control Section
- Country of origin, manufacturer’s name and address
2.5 Packaging and Labeling (General for Chinese Exports)
- Solid wood packaging:Complies with ISPM 15, applyIPPCMarking, and obtaining a certificate of compliance for pest control treatment.
- Dangerous goods:According to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG)》and other procedures.
- Shipping mark: Consignee, Port of Destination, Container Number, Country of Origin (Made in China)、Center of gravity/Lifting tag.
- Rust-proof and moisture-resistantFor wind turbines and precision components shipped by sea, it is recommended to apply anti-rust oil, use desiccants, and package them under vacuum./Wrapping protection.
